Placing an order

Respect the material

Follow the care and maintenance guidance for optimal maintenance of your furniture. Keep in mind that wood is a organic material it will differ from object to object.


Payment terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining 50% due on the day of shipment. For orders under 20,000 SEK, full payment upfront is required.


Damaged goods

Please inspect your item(s) carefully upon delivery. If any damage has occurred during transit, document it with clear photos of both the item(s) and the crate/box, before and after removing the item from the packaging. Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

If the shipment is not handled by us, the goods are sold Ex Works, and you will need to contact your freight forwarder for any claims. When we handle shipping, each piece is fully insured. To initiate a claim, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and email detailed photos as described above.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please note that cancellations are not accepted for rush orders.


Return policy

Due to the nature of our work and the materials used, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We are happy to provide care instructions to help you maintain your piece in excellent condition.
